How to be Forever Young
TV Land’s Audrey Leczinsky had the pleasure of being Anderson Live’s guest blogger of the day while the Forever Young cast was paying the Silver Fox a visit on their press tour.
The show was the definition of fun from start to finish – if you ever get a chance to be a part of a live studio audience, I highly recommend it. Sure, seeing celebrities & asking guests questions is great, but what happens during the commercial breaks with the rest of the audience members is what’s truly memorable.
The ladies in red are totally shaking it – proving it doesn’t matter what age you are – you can always have fun!
From the Forever Young cast, Anderson’s guests were Shirley, Andree, Angelina & Lou.
The audience roared with laughter when Anderson asked what the biggest difference is between generations is – Have you SEEN the show?!
The breakout star of the episode (Sorry Anderson, this silver foxette stole the show) was Shirley. A particular favorite soundbite? “I grew to LOVE the feeling of a thong!” and when Andree compared her future self to being like Shirley, Shirley replied with “You wont be wearing underwear when you’re my age!
All in all it felt like one big happy reunion, warm and fuzzy. The cast says they all still stay in touch and that they really feel the Forever Young social experience was a success!
